A strong foundation
The recruitment of project managers brought me and Serhei together in the development plan for the Aviator Bali Apartment project, the process from permits to construction which lasted until 2024. Our collaboration continues with Aviator Bali management until now with business development in the construction sector.
I met Serhei and began building the Bali Avaitor with a full commitment to completing this project on time, with quality, and within the planned cost.
The project reached its peak this year and interacted with many vendors and people adapting to the social impacts surrounding it.
The project is entering the finishing stage and requires a high level of attention to detail and the handover process.
This year, we are collaborating on direct management because our basic owner is also in management.
We started our construction business because we successfully completed our strategic projects and had a complete and competent team.
